Debbi Kravetz, Managing Partner

Debbi has a proven track record of brand building and leading sales organizations to achieve impactful revenue growth, with decades of cross-functional, international experience in footwear and apparel.

She is currently the Director of Sales and Marketing for North American Shoe Company and Nico Nerini, and actively manages sales for several other globally recognized footwear brands.

Debbi has served as an executive at The Frye Boot Company, The Rockport Shoe Company, Rocky Shoes and Boots, Khombu Boots, The Original Muck Boot Company, Rubber Duck Boots, Petite Jolie, and Cycleur de Luxe, among many other fine brands.

The Kravetz Group was founded by Stanley Kravetz in 1998, alongside his daughter Debbi.

Stanley brought a steady, strong course for footwear, sporting goods, and outdoor companies for over fifty years.
